It’s a protein pancake type of morning! 😋 Whisk together 2 eggs with 2 tbs protein powder, then stir in the blueberries. Heat a small fry pan and add 1 tsp coconut oil. Once hot, pour in the batter and cook for 4-5 mins. Flip and cook another minute. Serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of maple 👌🏼👍🏼
